Even a computer illiterate like myself knows enough to realize and appreciate the tremendous job you've done these past years. You have always been so willing to help us when we've needed you, which has been many, many times, and I just want you to know how much I appreciate all you've done.

Best wishes on your new adventures and Godspeed.

I am sure that many of you feel as I do that Tony is an irreplaceable asset to the college. The shear volume and complexity of the technology that Tony and his staff support has exploded during his tenure, and the fact that he has been able maintain such a high level of customer satisfaction is a tribute to his skills and dedication. The incredible job that Tony has done will make it that much more difficult to complete this transition.

As each of you get the opportunity to say your good-byes to Tony over the next week, think back on all the times that you called him on the phone, sent him an email, or stopped him on the sidewalk for help. Now, multiply that be the number of faculty and staff, and add all the requests from all the students that have passed through our doors in the past 7+ years. That, compounded by the ever changing technologies and continually expanding inventory in conjunction with all the new projects and state wide initiatives and considerable turnover and reduction in full time staffing, as well as all the duties and responsibilities of managing a department and teaching classes, it really adds up to an unbelievable effort.

Unfortunately, we will only, truly, know how much Tony did for us after he is gone. I personally wish all the luck in the world to you, Tony, and promise to give my best effort to maintain your high standards of service and commitment to all the employees and students.

Thanks for your support for our Russian Scholars' Tour. It is really special that someone would give up a Saturday to help show our BC guests a good time.

I want to thank you again for the help during the recent TVY Physics Workshop. Your help was invaluable and you went the extra mile several times to see that everything was running correctly.

Cut and Tom both extend their thanks.

The orientation sessions you and Scott conducted for my three composition classes were informative and quite helpful. My students and I appreciated your friendly professionalism and expertise in answering our questions and showing us how to manuever through the computer system

Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to meet with us.

Thank you so much for coming to my rescue this morning--everything worked fine, so your guarantee was valid. I truly appreciate all of the services you provide--please don't ask me for any more letters of recommendation, because I don't know what the college would do without you!
